Admissions Information
* Applications may be picked up at the school office Monday - Friday, 7:30a.m.- 4:30p.m. or filled out on-line. Please complete the application and all the included forms.

* Students can be processed for enrollment after all forms are completed, signed and the registration fee is paid.
* A copy of the past two years’ Standardized Achievement Test Scores are required before an interview can be scheduled with the Headmaster.
Admission Requirements
* Students will have stanines of 5 or above on SAT and CAT achievement test in all promotional subjects.
* Students will have conduct grades of C or better.
* Students with records of suspension will not be accepted.
Upon Registering
* Enrollment packet must be completed in full.
* Must have the past two years of SAT or CAT scores. Otherwise, child must be tested prior to admission into the academy.
* Two years of report cards-current to date
* Complete health records.
* All fees and monies owed to former school must be paid in full.
* Records must be received from former school by beginning of school year.
* All fees must be paid in full to Victory Christian Academy.
Methods of Tuition Payment
* Tuition paid in full must be received by June 1.
* Financing is available through First Bank by automatic draft.

Registration
PreK– 8th $175
All new applicants are required to include a $25 Application fee that will be applied to the Registration fee upon acceptance.
Tuition
PreK - $ 3600
K-4th - $3800
5th – 7th $4000
Tuition discounts are available for families that have more than one child enrolled.
Before and After Care are available for an additional cost.
• Before Care 7:00a.m. - 8:10a.m.
• After Care 3:30p.m. - 6:00p.m.
Victory Christian Academy’s tuition can be paid in full by June 1st for a discount. There is also the option of a ten month financing plan.
Entrance Age
Preschool- Children must be three or four years old by September 30 of the enrolled year.
Kindergarten- Children must be five years old by September 30 of the enrolled year.
1st Grade- Children must be six years old by September 30 of the enrolled year.
Children who miss the enrollment deadline by one week or less, and who show unusual maturity and academic readiness, may be tested by the school at the request of the parents to see if they qualify for early enrollment on a trial basis, providing there is room in the class. Normally, children are much better off following the guidelines stated above.
Re-Enrollment
Each year it is necessary for parents to re-enroll their children for the coming year. Letters and necessary forms will be sent to parents during the re-enrollment period. Ordinarily a personal interview will not be required, but either the parent or the school administrators may request one.
How To Enroll
General Instructions for all grades:
Complete an enrollment packet available in the school office. Return the completed forms to the office with the registration fee. This fee is due at the time of enrollment. The curriculum fee is due by May 31. Discounts are available if fees are paid by these dates. As a requirement of the State of Louisiana, a copy of your child’s birth certificate and immunization/ health record must be on file before your child can enter any programs. All immunizations must be current.
Preschool Enrollment
Call the office at 733-5087 to schedule an interview with the school personnel. This interview is mandatory before admission of a child and for all families new to our school and its policies.
